Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is kept simple and transparent.
Cancellations made more than 10 days before the scheduled experience are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made 10 days or less before the scheduled experience are non-refundable.
Cancellation requests must be communicated to Cycle Culture through the contact details provided on our website. The date and time on which the cancellation request is received will be considered for determining the applicable cancellation period.
If you need to change the date of your experience, please contact Cycle Culture as soon as possible. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and confirmation by Cycle Culture.
If Cycle Culture needs to cancel or postpone an experience due to extreme weather, safety concerns, road closures or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Light to moderate rain does not normally result in cancellation. Experiences may continue with suitable preparation and rain gear. Safety will always take priority.
If a participant does not arrive for the scheduled experience without providing prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund.
Participants arriving late may be unable to join the experience if doing so would affect the planned route, schedule or safety of the group. Late arrival does not qualify for a refund.
If a participant chooses to leave an experience after it has started, or chooses not to participate in part or all of the experience for personal reasons, no refund will be provided.
Approved refunds will normally be processed to the original payment method used for the booking. The time taken for the refund to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment provider or bank.
