THE EXPERIENCE
Cycle through Auroville, Sadhana Forest and Pondicherry on a three-day journey into sustainable living, community stories and coastal heritage. This is a journey through places that have chosen to live differently, experienced slowly from the seat of a cycle.
From forest roads and reforestation projects to rural villages, local communities and the French Quarter of Pondicherry, the route connects very different sides of the region. You are not simply passing through these places. You have time to stop, look around, meet people and understand what makes them different.

Auroville and Pondicherry reveal themselves differently when you are not moving from one attraction to another. Cycling gives you the time to notice the forests, villages, people, architecture and small details between the obvious places.
THE JOURNEY
Three days,
three different sides.
DAY 01
The Experiment
We begin in Auroville, riding through forest roads, community initiatives and artisan spaces. Along the way, we explore stories of green restoration and alternative ways of living before settling into the evening.
DAY 02
The Forest We Create
We ride towards Sadhana Forest and discover its work around reforestation and water conservation. The route then moves through rural Tamil villages, giving us time to experience the landscape and local life at a slower pace.
DAY 03
The French Connection
Our final ride takes us towards Pondicherry. We explore the French Quarter, heritage streets and coastal promenades before returning to Auroville and bringing the journey to a close.
